I’ve spent my entire life around the best songwriters in the world. Born and raised in Nashville, TN, I’ve had 20+ years of music business experience as an artist, songwriter, and producer. 

So recently when my wife and I moved with our three kids back to Powell County, KY to be close to family, I wanted to bring my favorite piece of Nashville with me : the songwriters. 

Songwriter rounds are a large part of what makes Nashville so unique. So it only made sense to me that a place as special as the Red River Gorge should experience the magic of songwriters in the round. 

The simple version is this: Writers take turns telling the stories behind the songs they have written. The who, what, when and where of all of your favorite songs. 

But these shows are so much more than just stories around a campfire. They’re real, they’re raw. And no two shows are ever the same. 

You will relive the biggest moments of your life to all of the radio hits you grew up with. And you’ll make new, lasting memories to songs you are hearing for the first time.

Songwriter rounds are truly an interactive, listening experience. And I’m so excited to be able to share these shows with locals and guests of the Red River Gorge.
